Better food choices, without the noise.
Look at your everyday pattern before getting distracted by the latest food trend.
Look at the whole pattern
A varied diet can include vegetables, fruit, pulses, whole grains and suitable protein sources. What you eat regularly matters more than the reputation of any single ingredient.
Make variety easier
Build a shopping routine around foods you enjoy and can afford. Frozen vegetables and pulses can be practical options. Check labels when choosing packaged foods, especially for salt and free sugars.
Keep the context
There is no single menu for everyone. Needs vary with age, health, activity and culture. WHO guidance supports limiting free sugars, salt and unhealthy fats, rather than treating one food as a shortcut to health.
